Since 1999, our Big Train Base Ball & Holiday Auction has been an important opportunity to bring the Big Train Family together in the offseason, celebrate our victories and our service to the community and ensure a strong financial foundation to support Big Train baseball.

Join us on Sunday, November 17, from 6 to 8 pm at the fabulous KID Museum, located directly above the Bethesda Metro, for our annual Big Train Base Ball & Holiday Auction. Our great friend, Hall of Famer Tim Kurkjian from ESPN, will share his reflections on the 2024 MLB season and World Series. We will enjoy the company of Big Train fans and some fine food from The Bean Bag Deli, showcase our auction items, and present our 2024 Randy School Big Train Outstanding Service Awards.

This year's event celebrates the next quarter-century of Big Train Baseball, and we are working hard to make sure it is the very best ever. Funds we raise this Fall will allow us to make improvements to Shirley Povich Field, continue our robust community service activities, and organize a spectacular schedule of game night entertainment for 2025 you won't want to miss.

We will have TWO online auctions to help you do your holiday shopping. The first will open on Tuesday, November 12 at 5 pm and close Tuesday, November 19 at 9 pm. The second will open Tuesday, December 3, at 5 pm and close on Monday, December 9, at 9 pm. Many of the items in the second auction will be on display at the November 17 event.
